Volunteers on a delivery for the 2011 Used Clothing Drive.
The 2011 Used Clothing Drive was a huge success! Thank you to our almost 400 volunteers who sorted almost 4,000 bags of used clothing from our 69 donor organizations and helped deliver the clothing to 63 homeless shelters! Thank you also to all our donors! The winter will be a little warmer for many of the area homeless because of everyone’s hard work!

We are also grateful to Republic Properties Corporation for again generously helping us secure the use of The Portals III for our 2010 Used Clothing Drive.
Thanks to all of our donors and volunteers. The used clothing drives would not be possible without your support! Also, thank you for helping us continue to grow and find ways to expand the number of organizations we serve.

Gifts for the Homeless also uses your cash donations to purchase new clothing for the D.C. area homeless.
