Covid-19 may be keeping us apart, but Gifts for the Homeless (GFTH), an all-volunteer nonprofit, is very happy to announce that we are still banding together for the homeless in the DC metro area.  While our sole annual fundraising event, Banding Together: Battle of the Bands, has been postponed, we hope all of you – our friends and supporters – will enjoy our new video showcasing the talents of a number of the musicians who participated in last year’s concert.

GFTH is an all-volunteer nonprofit on the front lines during the coronavirus pandemic.  We are supporting 76 shelters, soup kitchens and transitional housing facilities which, in turn, provide aid and assistance to homeless men, women and children – a population among the hardest hit by the pandemic.

But we cannot continue our work to help the homeless without your help.  PLEASE MAKE A DONATION TODAY TO GIFTS FOR THE HOMELESS.  YOUR DONATION WILL ENABLE US TO PROVIDE DESPERATELY NEEDED WARM CLOTHING AND BLANKETS TO THE HOMELESS THIS WINTER.  AND REMEMBER, GFTH USES 100% OF PUBLIC DONATIONS TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS.
